3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • The courier service will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
  • Re-delivery may be requested, but additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Please ensure accurate shipping details and phone number to avoid delivery issues.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear images of the product and packaging for verification.
  • If verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide a resolution as per our Return Policy.

8. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting customer support.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
