1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns and replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and invoice.

Note:

  • Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or change of mind.
  • Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or external factors will not be eligible for return or replacement.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement?

  • Provide the order number, product details, and clear images of the issue.
  • Our team will verify and approve the return request.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock, and a replacement is not possible.
  • The order is canceled before shipment.
  • A refund request is approved after a successful return and quality check.

Refund Process:

  • Once the return is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card).
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after account verification.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Electronic goods like DVRs, NVRs, hard drives, and accessories are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Products that show signs of installation, use, or tampering.
  • Software, licenses, and customized products.

5. Warranty Claims

  • Most products are covered under manufacturer warranty.
  • Customers can directly contact the authorized service center for repairs/replacements under warranty.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
